Data Deletion Request

Mahfooz users can request deletion of their Mahfooz account data by contacting our support team at support.mahfooz@gmail.com.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email support.mahfooz@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject: Mahfooz Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address used to sign in to Mahfooz.
  4. Tell us whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific data.

Data That May Be Deleted

Data that may be deleted includes account information, family members, medicines, reminders, reports, uploaded files or images, doctor notes, pregnancy tracking data, and AI scan or report analysis data.

Limited Retention

Some data may be retained for a limited time, including security logs, legal or compliance records, backup copies, or records needed to prevent abuse, only as required.

Processing Time

Deletion requests will usually be processed within 30 days after we receive the required account information.
